Today, Kitala Senior Secondary School brought together the Board of Governors, top administration, and middle management for a special workshop focused on the implementation of the school’s Five-Year Strategic Plan. The aim was to strengthen leadership, align efforts across the school, and set a clear path for growth over the next five years.
The workshop highlighted the importance of the school’s core values, which guide everything we do:
- God-Fearing – nurturing faith and ethical leadership
- Academic Excellence – striving for the highest standards in learning and performance
- Discipline – promoting responsibility, self-control, and respect
- Time Management – using time effectively and efficiently
- Accountability – taking responsibility for actions and decisions
- Integrity – maintaining honesty and strong moral principles
- Transparency – keeping communication and processes clear and open
Participants engaged in discussions, shared ideas, and explored practical ways to turn the strategic plan into real, actionable steps. The workshop was an opportunity to review progress, address challenges, and ensure everyone is on the same page in guiding the school toward its goals.
